Custom Restaurant Banquette Seating

A banquette is the highest-leverage seating decision a restaurant makes: a continuous upholstered bench along a wall seats more guests per square foot than any freestanding arrangement, shapes the whole feel of the room, and — done right — becomes the seat every table asks for. Custom Built Booths, part of the Lion Craft family, designs and manufactures custom banquettes in our own Phoenix shop, built to your walls, your fabric, and your floor plan. This is our highest-craft product, and this page is the hub for it.

What we build

• Wall-run banquettes — continuous bench seating along a demising or window wall, delivered in sections and joined seamlessly on site.
• L-shaped and U-shaped banquettes — corner and alcove runs that turn dead space into your best tables.
• Booth-and-banquette combinations — banquette on one side, freestanding chairs on the other, the workhorse of full-service dining.
• Freestanding and back-to-back banquettes — double-sided runs that divide a room without walls.
• Curved and circular banquettes — feature seating for lounges, private dining, and VIP floors.

Every piece is built on kiln-dried hardwood frames with high-resilience foam and commercial-grade vinyl or your specified fabric — customer's own material (COM) welcome, and ADA-compliant layouts designed in from the start.

What custom banquette seating costs

Installed banquette walls typically run $300–$550 per linear foot, driven by back height, upholstery grade, millwork detail, and site conditions. How it works

Send us a floor plan or your designer's drawings. We produce shop drawings for approval, build in 4–6 weeks, and our own crew installs — anchoring, leveling, and joining the run so it reads as one continuous piece. Already have banquettes that are tired but structurally sound? Our overnight reupholstery refreshes them without closing the room.
